Distorted or blurred vision at all distances. Other symptoms may include eyestrain, headaches, and trouble driving at night. If it occurs early in life it can result in amblyopia.1
CAUSES
The failure to focus incoming light to the eye is caused by the irregular shape of the cornea or lens of the eyes. The rough surface of the eye’s cornea makes the light rays to be improperly refracted.2
