The sign and symptom of fractures can be vary depending on the bone that affected, age, general health, and also the severity of the impact. Symptoms of fractures are including pain, swelling, bruising, discolored skin, angulation, unable to put weight on the injured area, affected area is unmovable, grating sensation, and also bleeding.

CAUSES


People can get fractured from injuries, for example is an injury during sport activity. But there are many other things that may cause fracture such as osteoporosis, osteomalacia, brittle bone disease, and osteosarcoma.

Acupuncture Treatment For Fracture

Fracture bring pain. Therefore, acupuncture treatment’s aim is to reduce the pain. However, in this pain treatment, acupuncture is not the main treatment, rather than a complimentary treatment. The treatment given will last for 3 weeks. Several acupoints will be used in this treatment. Sterilized disposable acupuncture needles is used for this treatment. Needling will be done manually by hand at some points and electrostimulation will be used at another points. The needles will stay in the body for about 25 minutes before being removed.
