When first infected, people normally show no symptoms. Symptoms may not emerge until months or even years after infection. First infection is often more severe than subsequent infections.

CAUSES
Genital Herpes is caused by the herpes simplex virus. It enter the skin and/or mucous membrane through tiny breaks. The virus is mainly spread through sexual contact, but also can spread via clothing and other personal items. After entering the body, the virus is incubated for 4 days and the symptoms appear between 2 and 12 days.

Acupuncture treatment For Genital Herpes treats two points that are called as Upper Lip and Lower Lip. Upper lip is located at the lateral inferior edge of the patella and the attachment of the ligament patellae. The second point is one cun (about an inch) below first point. Treating at these points will remove the symptom such as the pain, itching, and inflammation.
