The original Chinese name for ST42 is 沖陽 (chōng yáng), which translates as ‘Surging Yang’ and the Korean name is 충양 (chung yang).
LOCATION
ST42 is located ‘on dome of instep of foot between tendons of long extensor muscle of great toe and long extensor muscle of toes where pulsation of dorsal artery of foot is palpable.’1
