BL30 is point 30 of the Bladder Meridian in traditional Chinese medicine.

NAME

The original Chinese name for BL30 is 白環俞 (bái huán shū), which translates as ‘White Ring Shu Point’ and the Korean name is 백환유 (baek hwan yu).
 

LOCATION

BL30 Bladder Meridian Acupuncture Point - Dermal / Skin level.BL30 Bladder Meridian Acupuncture Point - Muscular / Muscle level.BL30 Bladder Meridian Acupuncture Point - Skeletal / Skeleton level.
 
BL30 is located ‘1.5 cun lateral to Du Mai at level of 4th posterior sacral foramen.’1
